MTN Cancellations Impossible

Contacting MTN and trying to do upgrades or cancellations via phone is not possible. I am holding on with calls for 15 minutes each time and no answer, no help. This is a historical issue, as soon as you want to cancel a contract, they just ignore you, and one needs to keep on paying, even after the contract lapsed, because one cannot get hold of them to end the contract.
