MTN Cancellations don't care about consumers

Cancelled my MTN business contract. Paid the cancellation fee. Ended up being debited again and contract not closed. After many calls, letters and promises my issue is still not resolved. I WANT THE CONTRACT NUMBER MOVED TO PREPAID AND MY REFUND. Or I will be approaching all relevant bodies to ensure you comply.
