MTN cancellations dept do not answer calls.

My mother and I have been trying to cancel a 2nd contract that is on her name (my mother has no knowledge of opening the 2nd contract).

MTN cancellations department do not answer calls. My mother is being billed each month for this. She is a pensioner and is not in a position to pay for 2 cellphone contracts simultaneously.
