MTN CANCELLATIONS DEPARTMENT THEIVES

I have 3 contracts with MTN, My data contract ended in June, I have been trying to cancel my contract since 05/07/2021, The Retentions department offered me an upgrade, that didn't materialise, so i called again on numerous occasions to cancel but the account is still active, my contract was R239, I'm now paying R330.00. The cancellation department always says it take 3 working days to cancel. It is now 2 months. I have complained on facebook and was sent a msg that the case is opened, nothing has happened since, i called the accounts department, the account is still open. Seems like MTN Cancellations department gets commission for not cancelling contracts. Disgraceful and downright *******.
