MTN CANCELLATIONS

Reference number: 01cf6364-61f1-4e96-a48c-5dcd4807c5bf I have been trying to cancel my contract for 6 days and all I get are reference numbers and nobody assists. I have had to share my ID number with all the relevant staff at MTN which makes me feel vulnerable and nothing comes of it. I would like the matter to be resolved today.
