MTN CANCELLATIONS

I have been calling all morning to cancel my contract, when I selected the cancellation option, you did not answer, but mysteriously the upgrade option line was answered within two minutes.

Feels like a tactic to minimise cancellations. Be cafeful when u get a contract with MTN
