MTN CANCELLATION TROUBLE

My contact with MTN is coming to an end and they have made it extremely difficult to cancel this contract! I have went in store , they said they cannot assist I need to call and when I call they say they can’t assist me - they will fill in a form and someone from a different department will contact me (I can’t be transferred to that department) I done this on the 8th of May 2024 - today is the 27th of May 2024 NO ONE HAS CALLED ME TO CANCEL, I will not be paying for this terrible network for another month! I just called them and stayed on the line for 30 mins - still no assistance. Is this a tactic to get me to pay another month ? Absolutely not ! I am done with MTN FOR GOOD! I just have no idea how I will get assistance for this cancellation.
