MTN Cancellation STILL NOT DONE!

I have tried numerous times to cancel my contract with MTN and after 1 and half months my contract is still not cancelled - The call centre is extremely unhelpful and telling me the cancellation is done however my sim card is not changed to prepaid and i am still being billed.
