MTN Cancellation Service (Disgusting)

My contract terms ended and wanting to cancel another contract as well. Your cancellation process is absolutely disgusting!!! I’ve been phoning for 4 weeks consistently and no answer!! This is just ridiculous!!

Previously I eventually got hold of you guys after a month of calling. Your customer service team assured that my contract would be cancelled. The following 2 months after that debit orders still went off!!!
