MTN cancellation nightmare!!

I took a month to month contract with MTN ,I have been trying to cancel it since April,no one seems to know how to cancel it they been sending me back and forth from the call center to the branch all these people doesn’t know how or who should assist me cancellation ,I am really tired and frustrated this might end up hurting my credit score.
