Mtn cancellation department does not excist

I am not able to cancel my contract or my debit order at a store and i cannot get hold of any mtn service champs on any amount of mtn contact centre telephone numbers. I have sent an email to cancel my contract, so now I will now be reversing any debit orders from mtn until someone contacts me. Please can mtn contact me urgently. You should have my name and number on your system.
