MTN CANCELLATION

Last year I paid an amount of 9000 to close my MTN contract only to find out out almost a year later that the contract was never cancelled but now I’m given the runaround when I’m asking the call recording to prove that I did indeed cancel the contract. On top of the 9000 I paid I am about expected to pay 5200. I am so disappointed with you MTN. If you’re reading this, pls never take up any contract with this company. They have failed me.
