MTN cancellation a ****

My advice to anyone looking to sign up for WiFi or a cellphone contract please don't go for MTN. I have not had network for the past month. When I try to cancel: 1. You can't cancel at a branch; 2. When you call their hotline you wait for hours and when they eventually pickup they deliberately hang-up so that you don't get to complete the cancellation. I am frustrated with them I am now left with no choice but to dispute all the debits!!!
