MTN Cancellation

I am in the process of wanting to cancel a *****ulent order made by one of MTN's agent but I am not assisted. This is a cellphone contract. Instead the agent saw that I was successful with my contract and pretended to be continuing with my successful application. She then ordered another phone of the same model. Upon delivery the driver and I were surprised because I had two deliveries instead of one. On the same day,one of them called in to check which number am I using. I confirm the one in my contract but she insisted that it is the one the agent made. I disputed that since the day of delivery. I called in to try and sort this out by them taking the other phone I am not contracted with and leave the one I app**** for;they said they can't return one but I have the return both. I did that and received return numbers. Every time I tried to call, I am transferred to different departments stating "it is not for my department". Managers say they are escalating but they cut the line short when I request the escalation in writing so that I know the ticket numbers. No assistance,today they sent me a bill for items I dont have with me and a phone I didn't order/consent to.
