MTN cancellation

I took month to month router from MTN on march I decided to cancel it and upgrade to a new one ,I paid for a new one in march and also the old one and now in April am still requested to pay for an old one and new one ,I returned the router ,the process of cancelling is so difficult,they should have mentioned
