MTN cancellation

Trying to stop my contract and having problem getting any answers from them. I have made regular payments to mtn from UK and they say they have not received payments and I have provided proof of payments. My contract expires this month and I have not received confirmation of my request to cancel with them. I need someone who can help me with this as it seems I have been handed over to legal and they are not answering my emails at all. I refuse to pay any more monies until this has been sorted out. So will someone please help me out. I can only be contacted via email *** as I am currently living in UKm.
