MTN Cancellation
MTN has made it impossible to cancel their services. I have two numbers that were on contract which have expired last year already. MTN is still billing my business for these 2 numbers. I have tried numerous times to cancel these 2 numbers but MTN keeps showing me the middle finger. I have literally done everything they have asked me to do in order to cancel the 2 numbers in question yet they ignore my cancellation requests and continue to debit my business. I am now going to forward the relevant cancellation requests along with the telephone call I have recorded to my lawyer for further action. If this is unfortunately the extent to which I have to go in order to get services cancelled then so be it and I will do it.
To anyone considering signing a contract with MTN, just don't, they make it extremely difficult to cancel their services and by doing so it is tantamount to ******ion.

25 Sept 2018, 10:04I have been trying since last year to cancel 2 contracts failing which on 12th December 2017 I went to an MTN store and asked for assistance in cancelling these 2 contracts that I have with MTN and nothing was done. Each month up until today my business has been debited for these 2 numbers which I don't even use anymore. I have a copy of the correspondence which was sent via email from one of you in-store assistants to the MTN cancellations department. Now I ask if I will be getting credit for all the debits that have taken place against my account since December 2017? Below are the numbers in question that I would like cancelled. I also include some of the correspondence from the email that was sent requesting the cancellation (copy and paste from email)
