Mtn cancelations not assisting at all to cancel my contract

I have been calling mtn multiple times to get assistance with settling my contract.

Each time I call I get transfered and then the staff provide me with incorrect information.

I was given a settlemn5 balance then paid it then was told mtn retentions it was the incorrect amount. I was then given another amount and went to a mtn store to pay it then was told again it was incorrect.

No1 is able to assist me with paying up and canceling my contract

Mtn is not interest in responding to my complaints

I have all the call recordings to prove how confused and unprofessional the staff is and will start posting them all over social media as I still have not been assisted

I also have all the call ref numbers
