MTN Cancelations

I am trying to cancel my contract with MTN since 3 July 2020 on a contract that was due to renew. Did not want to renew the contract. Send in the cancelations email and phoned them plenty of time. Each time just getting abreference number. That is were it ends... and still sending me invoices and debiting my account.. Here is my number *** call me so that you can sort this out please. Your service is not good at all.. Please contact me urgently so that we can sort this out !!!!!!
