MTN CANCELATION PROCESS IS BADLY MANAGED

Very disappointed with the way cancelations are handled. At the expiration of my contract, I advise MTN termations teand and customer care that I do not intend to renew my contract. I even went to MTN Festival Mall in Kempton Park in October 2025 and they confirmed that the cancelation process was flagged in the system. I blocked quite a number of the call center agent who were calling me persuading me to renew my data contract.

Ironically MTN continues to debit my bank account, yet contract is canceled.
