Mtn cancelation poor service

Been struggling to cancel a contract for weeks. Had to pay the early cancelation fee ant top it up again. Because their cancelation team has been failing to cancel the contract.

Logged numerous call and spoke to supervisors who have admitted to their failure and promises to cancel immediately.

Even to-date not done and I had to pay again subscription to cancel my contract. Poor service what a way to keep customers longer...
