MTN cancelation

Looks like it is impossible to cancel a contract with this company needless to say ones I am successful I will never join them again.

Been trying to cancel my data contract which is on a month tot month already since beginning of Feb. Now I received a mail saying they moved my cancelation date to August...who on earth knows why and how did they get to that?
