Mtn cancelation and refund
Hi please assist, I ordered a router from mtn online, they said I do have a coverage in my area only to find out there is no coverage and the router couldn't connect. The courier company came to collect the router, and when I want to proceed with the cancelation Iam told to provide the IRMS NUMBER which I don't have. I have been telling them I don't have any irms number with me, I only have the shipment reference which was left by the courier guy which is MTNBS***.

I was told my area has a coverage only to discover on the arrival of the router that there is no coverage. I called mtn network and was advised to return the router, the courier company fetched the router and left me with the reference shipment code MTNBS***5.. MY ID NO. ***, CELL NO. ***. iam being asked for the irms which I don't have both mtn and the courier company are failing to provide me with this irms number, what should I do because you took your router mtn? I need to cancel and get my money please
