Mtn cancelation
Good day
Please assist I have a contract that I took on the 7th of March 2020 and I canceled at mtn store in Jabulani mall within 7days I was not happy with some of things that they offering for data share, I was told that they will sort it out so I made a follow without any luck and called customer care of mtn only to find out my contract is not canceled I dont reference number of the information that they send to cancel my contract and I am afraid that they wil start charching for something that I am not happy with and not using it the number I used for the contract is ***.
Your positive respond will be highly appreciated.

I don't understand because I was credited with data on my number 40g day and night on the 27 of March 2020 and received a statement yesterday saying I owe R491. 90 on data that I hardly use please let this be sorted out you hardly don't have any record of my contract how is that possible of such I am receiving things from you.

I didn't hear any response from you since I rep**** to your email on the 1st April 2020 please terminate that contract and I need my number back on pre-paid check with your billing department so you can relate I what I have been saying.
