Mtn Cancelation

I have been given a bad service at MTN with their delivery partner Dsv and the only thing I have been asking for the past 3 weeks is to cancel the order because I am no longer interested guess what I have been taken Pillar to post by both of them and no one is taking me serious. I trusted MTN but they have disappointed me and I am so angry. I will never pay for something I didn't receive on time and called you guys for 100 times to cancel it.
