MTN Cancel Product....Good Luck

27 Apr 2026 at 12:46 Cancel MTN Package....Goid luck! ***********, worst service imaginable. I have a home wi-fi that is no longer needed. I wanted to change it to my current address and was informed I am not allowed to do it within 12 months of a last change. So I wanted to cancel. Told to take the router to the MTN store. Went to Cradlestone...to be told I myst take it to the store where it was purchased. To it to Ramdfontein...only to be told that the one cable was not there....now, I purchased this years ago.....now I am paying month to month for a device that I do not use, I cant even remember where the ethernet cable is after all these years. When I took out this product I was told I can cancel at anytime.....bulldust! You have to jump through hoops and over hurdles just to be shrugged off at every point. Totally disgusted in the poor, poor customer service and the lack of willingness to assist snd MTN doesn't care because they are pocketing the money I pay for NOTHING!
