MTN cancel my data bundle

Im really upset as ive recently purchased an everyday gig bundle for 2gb for 14 days for 129 on the 27th of July 2021 and i woke up to find that my bundle was not active today. MTN has ****** me of 5 days of my bundle. On top of that theres a recurring bundle which i cannot cancel thats is automatically purchasing a 1gb bund without my permission. Im seriously thinking moving onto another network provider as this isn't the first time this has occurred
