Mtn cancel contraxt

A very bad experience, I am trying to cancel my contract with them but they no longer do it in their branches , they say I must call them when they know exactly that they will not answer the phones.

Their call centre is always busy no one is willing to assist .

The next thing they will blacklist me when I stop paying for the stupid contract I don't even use.
