MTN CANCALATIONS ARE NON EXISTENT, VERY BAD.

If been trying to cancel my mtn contract for about 2 years now. When you call, they request to write an email. When you email them, they want you to call again. then you are lucky to get them to answer your call after about holding on for an hour just to get in contact with them. If got numerous reference numbers from them. They always say there is a 30 day notice period to cancel a contract, only to realise that after a month they deduct an amount with a debit order again. This is my last resort before i am going to submit my query to the ombudsman.
