MTN Canal Walk Branch

The MTN Canal Walk branch is one of the most *********** branches, the staff are unhelpful l, when you ask them why they don’t answer their telephone they reply with “this is a service centre not a call centre” I app**** for the R499 uncapped wifi and the agent who assisted me signed me up with the R999 deal after I disputed that they advised me that the deal I want is not available in the whole of South Africa even though it is advertised on THEIR pamphlets! I have wasted my petrol going into this branch with no help. They send no emails nor do they call back to provide feedback or updates! I had a friend who lives close by go in as well just for updates! I am an existing customer for this brand and I deeply frustrated by the service of this branch!
