MTN Can You Get It Right???

The level of incompetence, sheer passing of the buck, an I don't care attitude, your problems are not important enough for me to care is the quality of customer service I get from MTN Customer (I don't) Care.

A query was logged on the 29th April and now 5 days later remains unresolved.

It feels like dealing with a parastatal and not the private sector.
