MTN can't unblacklist my phone as promised twice
I upgraded my contract with MTN in february with an offer of two devices.1 of my devices was ****** on the 23rd Feb and I called MTN to blacklist the ****** device.Amazingly they blacklisted the one I have instead of the ****** one. I have made phone calls to their very fruitless call centre (808) to unblacklist my phone and blacklist the ****** one. They keep telling me it will be open within 72 hours.

On Tuesday (3rd March) I wrote a complaint here on Hellopeter and MTN responded saying that they have escalated the matter to the consultant who blacklisted my device to unblacklist it, that did not happen. I then wrote another complaint on the 7 March and this was the response \Good day Mulalo,Thank you for emailing Customer Care. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused to you, and furthermore assure you that your continued patronage is valued. We are continuously striving to improve our service and therefore your input is valued.
Kindly be advised to take the below documents to your nearest MTN store for assistance in unblacklisting and blacklisting the correct handset\"

I went to MTN Shop and they say it's a matter of MTN not MTN store. What do I do now???"
