MTN can't even change a surname

<p>How useless must a company like MTN be that they can't even change a surname. Myself and my wife have asked MTN more than 15 times to update here surname and address. We have sent the documents to MTN each and every time. Terrible feedback if we ever get any. Out of all the times we asked only three times has someone followed up and said it's done.
