MTN can't deliver

Since last week if been trying to upgrade my contract at various MTN beaches to IPhone 5 s as per October yellow trader not one branch has got stock or even one can come back and tell me the real story maybe MTN shouldn't print the packages if they don't have stock I like to know is this how you treat customers
