MTN can npt upgrade nor Cancel a contract held by themselves - Annoyed!!!

Requested an upgrade for two numbers we have with MTN, we have been with Mtn for 14 years or more. This is the third time that there has been numerous and unresolved issues with our upgrade. We then try to cancel the upgrade and the contract and are told that Mtn can not cancel the contract. Mondo needs to cancel the upgrade. Over an hour spent on the phone with zero resolution and the contract is not canceled. Call reference with MTN *** and further call to Mondo (https://www.mondo.co.za/) call reference JLKE0VM Arwen from MTN escalated the issue to his manager Wendy, so she could call and resolve. We wait to hear from MTN. 6 May 2025
