MTN Campus Square SIM Swap disaster

I visited MNT Campus Square on the 18/05/2021 to purchase a sim and to do a sim swap. The sim swap was unsuccessful. I went to the same MNT store, had to purchase another sim and the consultant RICA'd the card, did performed a sim swap which was unsuccessful again. A few days later, I tried to request another sim swap using the *135# option, but was unsuccessful because I exceeded my sim swap requests.

I went to the store today for assistance and was casually told that i need to visit a different store that is able to remove the hold on the sim swap.
