MTN Campus square poor service

I am highly disappointed with the staff at MTN campus square . I purchased a cellphone on contract 2 weeks ago . On the date of purchased the sales lady explained that I would get once off data as well as monthly airtime and up to this day nothing was sent to my phone .

A week later I called the store to enquire about the data and airtime and I was advised to be patient it will be sent . Another week later I went to the store I was told that my phone contract application was not complete. How when I have the cellphone with me . Today I called twice and I am told that the sales lady is busy and would call me back but she did not . I am getting poor service and its wasting my time to call and go to the store to enquire about this issue.
