MTN CALLS ME WHITE TRASH IN MOKOPANE

Entered the store, assistant confirmed my proof of residence is correct. I waited 35min to get service. Consultant at the desk said my proof of residence is not correct. I returned today with proof of residence. Store claims my account is contract, when I have written confirmation that it's prepaid. So I called the call centre while in the store, they transferred me from prepaid to contract and then hung up. So I called 3 more times. Each time they had an excuse as not being able to assist me. Now the store can't do my sim swap after I've supp**** the proof of residence, the call centre keeps dropping the call or transferring the call until someone drops it...MTN WHAT IS GOING ON...ALL I NEED A SIMPLE PREPAID SIM SWAP, I HAVE 3 RICAD SIM CARDS, YOU CAN CHOOSE WHICH ONE YOU WANT TO USE, JUST DO MY SIM SWAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The store's staff is ******s and swore at me when I started asking them why they don't want to help me, they spoke it their language but I understood every word. I quote "She thinks cause she is white she can demand service, she's white trash" That's what Mokopane MTN says about customers. I didn't demand service, I only asked for a sim swap.
