mtn callertunez

My partner notified me that when ever she calls me, instead of the normal ringer there's a song playing. So I took the liberty to call Mtn call center to ask them politely to remove their unauthorized caller tunes on my phone and you told me to dial *123*10# option 6 but when I tried that it didn't even have the option six. The call center insisted the service was provided by a third party but could not tell me who. The consultant said the Team Leader would call me back but of course this didn't happen. If this is a third party providing callertuez then why on the website is the contact number the MTN on (808)???! *****!!!!<br> <br> Where does Mtn get off by uploading such stupid things on my phone? Who said that I needed the stupid tune? I use my number for business and such tunes will cost me money. Can someone clever from Mtn please remove that thing. In future please ask for permission before doing something so stupid! I think it's time I change networks cause your call center staff is also lacking when it comes to sorting out problems. REMOVE THE MOTHER-***KING TUNE FROM MY NUMBER and refund me the subscription amount!!!
