Mtn caller tune ****

I have been trying to get rid of caller tunes on my phone for 3 months. I think mtn is running a **** where mtn users are automatically subscribed to the caller tunes without their consent or selecting any option. Mtn I will never subscribe to any caller tune, please remove my number.
