MTN callcentre is the worst

The WORST company ever. Callcentre agents and managers are completely useless. As someone who trained callcentre staff for years it is insulting to deal with MTN. My phone was wrongfully disconnected on 8 February today is 14 February. Still no one can re connect my phone. All records according to MTN payments reflect and there should be no problem. I have phoned every day for the past week. No help. The closest i got was a manager named Niaz, he refeuses to give me a last name, contact details or transfer me to anyone beside him. I am thus holding him accountable. This is pathetic. Lets see if MTN will even respond to this.
