mtn callcentre is a circus

I called 808 with an enquiry I had a balance of R6 airtime I loaded R12 just to buy data I am a contract customer so my bundles depleted. Within a minute I get my balance and my airtime about R5 is gone whilst im trying to purchase this data .now this is not about the amounts of money but rather the pathetic service and unexplained vanishing of funds.i call 808 and the consultant drops the phone and starts laughing then I explain my problem before I can finish she asks me to call the technical department as they are having technical problems call them on 1555 the whole I cant transfer your call is really annoying anyways I dial<br> Mtn again 1555 then I speak to Trevor who asks me to check where the money went.hello you The mtn employee how must I know.he Then goes on to tell me that maybe because I used The Internet During the day yhis would of deducted from my airtime..but I just checked it prior To Loading airtime.he then tells me yo phone mtn back as he cant help.i should call back and speak to the callcentre.i mean really is it so difficult to assist a customer so one side this happened because of a technical problem within mtn and the other is maybe the internet took it.
