MTN call themselves "Champions". In reality they carry the Champion badge as the WORST business in SA. Even the corner shop is better.

Once again MTN proves themselves to be the WORST business in South Africa (just a different division this time). I have insurance on my phone and it was lost. Did all the usual things by reporting it and also reported to the SAPS. They actually have a standard cellphone theft/lost document. This was all sent through to MTN Insurance from an MTN branch. Then I get an e-mail saying the claim has been processed, but need and invoice and a contract summary, which I had already sent to them Also on the same e-mail a request for an invoice. So I sent it again (yesterday), which they'd received more than a week ago. The person who sent this is Sindisiwe Sikhosana. So today I get ANOTHER e-mail asking for the contract (which she had received and could've asked for it yesterday as well). I also tried to call the MTN "Helpline" where they like to call their people "Champions!" The worst ever and after being with them for years and years, I will rather move away to ANYBODY else...they will NOT get my business anymore and I will influence as many people as I possibly can. By the way, they haven't responded to date on the previous post on this site...so they really don't care..
