MTN Call Droppers

I am in Australia - my roaming doesn't work. I need to downgrade my package and cancel a linked number contract. I have spent 1 hour and 6 minutes on hold, being transferred & having calls dropped with the retention department on an international line. This is unacceptable. My Ref Number is: ***.
