MTN Call Centre Useless

Really useless Call Centre - The voice rants on about Prepaid and Unisa and students and whatwhat - there is NO OPTION to just talk to a consultant. I app**** online for a contract and there has been no feedback - only an automated reply with the Ref number.

Guess I am taking my wallet elsewhere.
