MTN Call Centre Useless!

Contact has expired, trying to cancel or move contract to pre-paid in order to move to another supplier, branches can no longer do this, even though they are very quick to sign you up, cannot get the MTN call centre to awnser their phone on hold for 30 minute plus. Wake up MTN!!!1
