MTN Call Centre Unprofessional and Unhelpful.

Received a phonecall from MTN call centre ***) to upgrade. Was not asked if it was a good time to speak, operator spoke at me, then when I said I wasnt interested at the moment the response was "Oh, OK" and she hung up the call. Rude and unprofessional. Then the customer care number has no options to speak to a person to report this issue. This is exactly the reason I refuse to purchase contracts.
