MTN Call centre Supervisor Mohammed Allie from the Durban branch
MTN IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER IN HISTORY
Call centre Supervisor Mohammed Allie from the Durban branch refused to speak to me until i told the consultant what the problem was and then repeat the problem to him.
MTN IS A BUNCH OF *******!!!!!!!!!

Yes I unfortunately had to cancel my contract due to the unprofessional frustrating services received from MTN over the years. My number was apparently converted to Prepaid but guess what - I CAN NOT USE MY PHONE AS I HAVE NO NETWORK SINCE YESTERDAY - Call centre says they can not assist me, I have to go to a MTN store!! PATHETIC

Wow finally a reply.
