Mtn call centre people

I've been with mtn for the past 10 years and this is the first time experiencing this bad service,not at a shop but with the people phoning you to ungrade. I was told it will take a week for my phone to come and I upgraded for 2 phones,just to find they only upgraded the one contract,with no communication of when the other phone will come,i phone them and they give me excuses after excuses.from now on I will go to a mtn shop and do my ungrades these people just tell you lies.
