MTN CALL CENTRE NOT AVAILABLE

My name is Brenda Matanda and have been a customer with MTN for 5 years. I recently called the MTN call centre to have my line reactivated and i couldn't speak to anyone because the call centre is not available. To me someone should be fired because mtn collects billions of rands and dollars from the world and yet a simple customer service operative like a call centre can be closed down. Well i have just added my cell number to the report but you can't call me because my phone is not activated and why is that because the MTN call centre is shutdown unbelievable strike or not someone should be fired for this.
